To keep our network fast, secure and reliable for everyone, all Cloudesta hosting and server plans are subject to the following policies:
Lawful use — our services may not be used to host, store or transmit content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or violates the rights of others.
Prohibited content — malware, phishing, spam and fraudulent or abusive material are strictly prohibited.
Resource usage — shared hosting accounts must not consume excessive CPU, memory or I/O in a way that degrades service for other users. High-resource workloads should use a VPS or Dedicated Server.
Network abuse — port scanning, denial-of-service activity and unauthorized access attempts are not permitted from our network.
Backups — while we maintain infrastructure-level redundancy, you remain responsible for keeping your own backups of your data.
Uptime — our services are backed by a 99.9% uptime SLA, subject to scheduled maintenance which we aim to announce in advance.
Violation of these policies may result in suspension or termination of the account. If you are unsure whether your use case is permitted, contact us at support@cloudesta.com.
